Earlier today, President Asif Ali Zardari conferred the Hilal-i-Pakistan, the country’s 2nd highest civilian honour, to Chinese Vice Premier Zhang Dejiang for promoting cooperation between the 2 countrie's in the fields of science & technology, infrastructure development & increased connectivity.
